  • Do you do resizing for ready-made pieces?
    Yes! However, it depends on the availability of crystals and hardware. Kindly leave us a message to enquire. Downsizing (removal of crystals or hardware only) is at $3 while upsizing/modifications start from $5 depending on extent.
  • Any jewelry care tips?
    1) Avoid exposure to water. Remove them when exercising, showering or when in hot baths/onsen. 2) Avoid exposure to alcohols like hand sanitisers and perfumes. Roll them up your wrist when sanitising your hands or put them on after applying your perfume. 3) Clean your bracelets with a soft cloth periodically. The metal hardware used in the bracelets will tarnish naturally as time passes. Drop us a DM if you need to change to a new set of metal hardware or if you need restringing done (charges apply)!
  • How do I measure my wrist size?
    1) Get a strip of paper or string with tape at the front and paste it to your wrist. 2) Go around your wrist while making sure the fit isn't too loose or too tight. 3) Make a mark at the point where it overlaps. 4) Measure it with a ruler to get your wrist size.   • Shipping within Singapore
    Orders are usually shipped out within 3 days for ready-stocked pieces. You will be notified of expected wait times for orders that involves customisation or resizing. Tracked shipping: Free for orders over SGD80. *You may also keep your items with us until your order qualifies for free shipping. Pick up during events: No minimum spending required.
  • Shipping beyond Singapore
    International orders are fulfilled by Singpost. Shipping costs may vary depending on your location and weight of the package. Delivers within an estimated 6 to 26 working days, subject to delays. Maximum package weight is up to 2kg only. Gifting option is not available for international orders as we will need to declare the value of the items on the customs form during shipping.   • What is your return policy?
    All orders are final once confirmed, meaning cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are not available. However, if your item is damaged or broken during delivery, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order, and we will issue a refund after receiving the item. Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. When returning, kindly use a trackable shipping service.
